摘 要:以国内外 4个来源不同的海岛棉品种与我国育成的 8个陆地棉品种组配的 32个不同类型的杂交组合为材料 ,在人工生长室条件下 ,用 4个不同致病力类型黄萎病菌系于棉花苗期接种 ,进行了海岛棉黄萎病抗性的鉴定和遗传研究。结果表明 ,海岛棉品种 Pima90 - 53(美洲型 )、Giza70 (埃及型 )、 50 10 F和吐海 2号 (中亚埃及型 )具有对强致病力类型和中等致病力类型黄萎病菌系的抗性 ,这些黄萎病抗源在与我国陆地棉品种杂交的遗传背景下 ,其抗性为由显性单基因决定的质量遗传性状。用中棉所 8号与吐海 2号 1个组合初步证明正、反交结果相同 ,吐海 2号的抗性不存在母本效应。等位性测验表明 。Genetic studies of the verticillium wilt resistance among 4 different type of Sea Island cottons were conducted, using 32 cross combinations between these varieties and 8 Upland cottons seedlings were inoculated with 4 different virulent isolates of Verticillium dahliae and laid under the condition of growth chamber with the temperature regimes of 25~26℃ day and 20~22℃ night. Results showed that Pima 90-53 (American type Sea Island cotton), Giza 70 (Egyptian type), 5010F(Central Asian Egyptian type) and Tuhai 2 (Central Asian Egyptian type) were all resistant to both severe virulence strains and intermediate virulence strains of the fungus, and that the resistance among these varieties was qualitatively inherited trait and controlled by a single dominant gene when crossed with the eight modern Upland cottons from China and no maternal effect for the wilt resistance of Tuhai 2 was noted. Allelism test indicated that the resistance genes of the four Sea Island cottons located in the same locus.
