摘  要:The ultracytochemical localization of ATPase activity was made with the method of lead precipitation on K type cytoplasmic male sterile line〔K 77(2)A〕 and its maintainer 〔77(2)B〕 during the microspore development.The results showed that there were not microchannels formation and ATPase activity in the intine from K 77(2)A compared with 77(2)B.They resulted in obstruction of nutrition transportation and enzyme synthesis for pollen germination so that the pollen development was inhibited.The ultracytochemical localization of ATPase activity was made with the method of lead precipitation on K type cytoplasmic male sterile line〔K 77(2)A〕 and its maintainer 〔77(2)B〕 during the microspore development.The results showed that there were not microchannels formation and ATPase activity in the intine from K 77(2)A compared with 77(2)B.They resulted in obstruction of nutrition transportation and enzyme synthesis for pollen germination so that the pollen development was inhibited.
