白癜风患者血清IL-10与TNF-α的检测

摘　　要：目的探讨检测白癜风患者血清中白介素-10(IL-10)与肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的临床指导意义。方法随机选择2011年7月-11月本科门诊诊治的58例寻常期白癜风患者为研究组,以同期本院行健康体检者65例作为对照组。采用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测两组血清中IL-10和TNF-α的含量。比较分析两组以及研究组中不同分期患者的血清IL-10和TNF-α含量。结果研究组患者IL-10含量低于对照组,TNF-α含量高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。对照组和稳定期患者的IL-10含量高于进展期患者,而TNF-α含量低于进展期患者,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论白癜风患者血清中IL-10的含量呈下降趋势,当病情达到进展期时,呈现最低值;同时TNF-α含量呈上升趋势,当病情达到进展期时,呈现最高值。检测白癜风患者血清中IL-10与TNF-α为研究白癜风的发病机制奠定了基础。Objective To probe the clinical guiding significance of serum interleukin-10 and tumor necrosis factor-a in patients with vitiligo. Methods Fifty-eight patients with vitiligo during unusual period were selected as study group randomly from July 2011 to November 2011. Another 65 healthy person in our hospital were as control group. ELISA methods was used to detected the IL-IO and TNF-a contents from serum of subjects in the two groups. The serum IL-10 and TNF-a level from two groups and different stages of study group were comparatively analysized. Results Compared with control group, the IL-10 level of vitiligo patients in study group were significantly decreased, and TNF-a were significantly improved. There were significant differ- ences between them（ all P 〈0.05 ）. The IL-10 of control group and stable stage vitiligo patients were higher than those in advanced stage vitiligo patients （P 〈 0.05）, while the TNF-a of control group and stable stage vitiligo patients were lower than the advanced stage vitiligo patients （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The IL-10 in vitiligo patients were downtrend, when in the progressive condition, the level to be minimum. Meanwhile, the TNF-a of vitiligo patients showed upgrade tendency, when in progressive condition, the conents to be maximum. The decetion of serum interleukin-10 （IL-10） and tumor necrosis factor-a（TNF-a） has laid a foundation for the research of vitiligo pathogenesis.
