摘 要:Comparative studies on the hypothalamus gonadal axis function of Erhualian sows(EH) and Large white sows(LW) on 20 day lactation. The results showed that GnRH mean levels,base line levels and peak amplitude of LW were significantly higher than those of EH. But peak frequency in LW was significantly lower compared to EH. On the contrary, LH mean levels, base line levels and peak frequency of EH were significantly higher compared to LW, but plasma beta endorphin levels of LW were significantly higher than those of EH.The plasma E 2,P 4 levels of two breeds sows were all relatively low and no significant difference between two breeds sows.Comparative studies on the hypothalamus gonadal axis function of Erhualian sows(EH) and Large white sows(LW) on 20 day lactation.
