不典型播散性环状肉芽肿合并糖尿病1例

摘　　要：患者男,57岁,全身起疹4个月,因皮疹不典型曾被误诊,后结合组织病理诊断为环状肉芽肿,随后经检测血糖确诊为糖尿病。笔者结合本例特点探讨环状肉芽肿与糖尿病的关系。A 57-year old male patient had suffered from skin rash for 4 months and been misdiagnosed due to atypical skill lesion. The GGA was then comfirmed by histopathology and the blood glucose test led to the diagnosis of diabetes. Therefore,the relation between GGA and diabetes was discussed upon this case here.
