凡士林纱布在重症天疱疮患者护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨凡士林纱布辅助治疗重症天疱疮患者的护理方法。方法患者入院后均予大剂量糖皮质激素、抗过敏、抗感染等对症支持治疗。药物治疗的同时给予凡士林纱布包敷,隔日1次。护理方法主要包括:①消毒清洗;②局部清理;③凡士林纱布包敷;④包敷后换药等。结果21例患者治愈9例,好转11例,未愈1例。结论重症天疱疮患者大面积皮损为护理的难点与重点之一,凡士林纱布包敷有利于促进皮损愈合,减少患者痛苦。Objective To investigate the nursing effect of vaseline gauze on patients with severe pemphigus. Methods Patients were all given supporting treatment, which include high-dose glucocorticoids, anti-allergy, anti-infection, etc. Meanwhile ,the lesions were bound by vaseline gauze once per day. The main nursing methods include ： 1） Disinfection and cleaning; （2） Partial decontamination ; 3 Vaseline gauze adjuvant ; （4） Dressing change,and so on. Results In the 21 patients,9 of them were cured,ll of them were improved and 1 of them was unhealed. Conclusion Large skin lesions of pemphigus patients is one of the difficulties and key points in nursing. Apply vaseline gauze to infected parts could help to promote the healing of skin lesions and reduce pain.
