一清胶囊联合氯雷他定治疗玫瑰糠疹疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨一清胶囊联合氯雷他定分散片治疗玫瑰糠疹的临床疗效和安全性。方法将入选的108例病程6～14d的玫瑰糠疹患者随机分为两组,治疗组57例,口服一清胶囊2粒,3次/d,同时口服氯雷他定分散片10mg,1次/晚。对照组仅予氯雷他定分散片10mg,1次/晚。两组患者均连续服药10d,外用维生素E霜,2次/d,治疗结束后1周判定疗效及不良反应。结果治疗组和对照组有效率分别为87.72%和54.90%,治疗组优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组均无严重不良反应。结论一清胶囊联合氯雷他定分散片治疗玫瑰糠疹能增加疗效,提高治愈率。Objective To explore the clinical effectiveness and safety of combination Yiqing capsule and loratadine in treatment of pityriasis rosea. Methods The selected 108 cases of pityriasis rosea with course 6 - 14 days were randomly divided into two groups. Fifty-seven cases in treatment group were given 2 Yiqing capsule orally, 3 times/d, while combined with oral loratadine tablet lOmg, times/night. Yet the control group only received loratadine tablet 10mg, times/night. Both two groups took medicine 10 days continuously, used topical vitamin E cream, 2 times/d. One week after the end of treatment to determine efficacy and adverse reactions. Results The efficient rate of treatment group and control group were respectively 87.72% and 54.90% , whereas the joint group difference was significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） , in both of them there were no serious adverse events. Conclusion Yiqing capsule combined with loratadine could increase the efficacy of treatment and improve the cure rate for pityriasis rosea treatment.
