摘　　要：临床资料 患者，女性，58岁，因左肘关节疼痛肿胀，活动受限1年，加重1个月就诊。1年前，患者出现左肘关节疼痛肿胀、活动受限，于1个月前左肘症状加重，不能洗脸，系纽扣及裤带，遂就诊。The total prevalence of pigmented villonodular synovitis （PVNS） is population, with solitary joint involvement mostly.
