摘　　要：村民理事会旨在协助村"两委"更好地解决村民"事难理,议难决"的问题,引领群众民主抉择,民主管理。在鄱阳湖生态经济区发展中,村民理事会已成为最直接有效的基层组织,是政府与农民沟通联系的最佳纽带,发挥了不可替代的重要作用。The village council aids to help the two village committees solving villagers＇ problem better,which is called ＂matters are difficult to dealm with and decisions are difficult to make＂.It leads people to make decisions and to manage democratically.In the development of Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone,the village council has been the most directly and effciently organization at grass-roots level,the best vinculum between the government and villagers,it plays an important role which can not be replaced by any other things.
