摘　　要：目的探讨血清基质金属蛋白酶-3(MMP-3)水平与冠心病危险因素的关系。方法对广州番禺687名40～70岁的村民进行问卷调查和体格检查,包括测量血压、检测空腹血清MMP-3水平及其他生化指标,运用SPSS15.0软件对资料进行t检验、秩和检验、Spearman相关分析以及多元逐步回归分析。结果MMP-3水平与收缩压、舒张压、三酰甘油呈正相关关系,控制了三酰甘油的影响后MMP-3仍与体质指数有关,与其他因素未见明显相关关系。结论广州番禺农村人群MMP-3水平表达与血压水平和血中三酰甘油含量以及体质指数有关。Objective To study the relationship between the serum concentration of matrix metalloproteinase-3（MMP-3） and risk factors of coronary heart disease.Methods 687 villagers aged from 40 to 70 years in Guangzhou Panyu were surveyed with questionnaire,conventional physical examination and laboratory test.Results Serum levels of MMP-3 were positively correlated with systolic blood pressure（SBP）,diastolic blood pressure（DBP） and triglycerides（TG）,but not correlated with other factors.When TG was restrained,MMP-3 showed positive correlation with body mass index（BMI）.Conclusion The levels of MMP-3 are positively correlated with the blood pressure,TG and BMI in Panyu villagers.
