摘  要:潘口水电站位于汉江支流堵河上游河段,工程开发任务以发电、防洪为主,为完全年调节水库。枢纽由面板堆石坝、右岸岸边开敞式溢洪道和泄洪洞、左岸引水发电系统组成。大坝填筑料充分利用溢洪道开挖料以及河床砂砾料,较好地解决了料源开采强度大的问题。泄水建筑物按不同高程采用底部泄洪洞和露天开敞式溢洪道,既可满足施工期下游供水要求,又能满足泄洪安全的要求。详细介绍了工程枢纽布置情况及方案比选过程。The Pankou Hydropower Station with annual regulation reservoir is located on the upstream of Duhe River, a tributa- ry of Harljiang River, mainly for power generation and flood control. The project consists of faced rockfill dam, open spillway, flood discharge tunnel on right bank and water diversion system and power generation on left bank. The filling material mainly comes from the excavation for spillway and the riverbed ( sand and gravel) , which well solves the problem of material excavation intensity. The water discharge structure contains open spillway and flood discharge tunnel according to different elevation to satis- fy the demands of downstream water supply during construction period and flood discharge safety. We present the general layout of the hydro - complex and the process of scheme selection.
