摘  要:采用常规排架对潘口水电站导流洞渐变段混凝土进行施工时,存在施工投入大、工序多和难度大的缺点。经过多个方案比较,决定采用改制后的钢模台车进行施工。根据渐变段混凝土和钢模台车结构的特性,介绍了边台模板、顶拱模和门架结构的改制施工。改制后的钢模台车可以一次性浇筑完成渐变段边墙和顶拱混凝土,保证了施工质量、缩短了工期并节约了成本。In the concrete construction of transition section of diversion tunnel at Pankou Hydropower Station, the conventional construction method has disadvantages of large investment, many procedures and great difficulty. Through comparison of several schemes, the reformed steel trolley is applied in the construction. According to characteristics of steel trolley structure and con- crete in transition section, the reformed construction process of side template, roof template and gantry is introduced. The con- crete pouring of side wall and roof in transition section can be done in one time by the reformed steel trolley, which ensures the quality, shorts the construction period and save the cost.
