摘　　要：潘口水电站筑坝材料繁多,主堆石区又是采用两种料源互层填筑,给大坝填筑施工带来很大难度。根据施工总进度计划,大坝填筑共分Ⅵ期进行,采用进占法施工,遵循"先粗后细、全断面均匀上升"的原则,各道工序流水作业,各区之间标识明显。施工质量控制采取以过程控制为主、现场检查为辅的双控措施。对施工措施和质量保证措施作了详细介绍,可供同类工程参考。The different features of numerous dam materials bring about large difficulties for filling construction of Pankou hy- dropower station which only uses 2 kinds of materials for embedded layers at main rockfill area. According to the construction schedule, the dam is filled in VI phases with advance - filling method and by the principle of ＂ rough materials first, uniform rise of the whole section＂. The filling construction is carried out with the line production for each procedure with the obvious identifi- cation of each filling section. The in - site sampling and the construction process control （main measure） are adopted to ensure the construction quality. The construction and quality assurance measures are described in detail to provide the reference for simi- lar projects.
