摘 要:基于热效应原理的美容激光技术,通过光热作用、选择性光热作用或局灶性光热作用,达到微创治疗皮肤色素性疾病、血管性疾病以及去除瘢痕,皮肤年轻化等疗效,但会形成不同程度的烧伤或热损伤创面,无法避免术后出现色素异常或瘢痕的可能。临床实践发现,联合应用MEBT/MEBO技术通常可以使微创创面达到相对无瘢痕愈合的原位再生修复效果,缩短了创面愈合时间、减少了微创治疗次数、降低了瘢痕形成和色素异常的风险、减少了治疗成本。MEBT/MEBO是一项非常适合在整形美容领域应用的新型治疗技术。下图是临床应用的典型病例图片,详细资料请观看本期杂志所附光盘。Based on the principle of thermal effect, cosmetic laser technology can achieve the minimally invasive treatment of skin pigment disorders and vascular disease, scar removing, skin rejuvenation by photothermolysis, selective photothermolysis or focal light thermal effect. However, it can cause the fnrmation of difl'erent degrees of burns or thermal injuries on the wound, and postoperative abnormal pigmentatiou or scar may not be avoided. According to the clinical practice, the combination Ⅲ the laser technology with MEBT/MEBO ttsually allows minimaily invasive wound achieve relatively sca,'less healing resuh by in situ regeneration and reparation, with shortened wound healing time, reduced number of minimally invasive treatment, reduced risk of scarring and abnormal pigmentation and reduced cost of treatment. MEBT/MEBO is a new treatment technique suitable for the application in the field of cosmetic surgery. The following figures show the typical cases of MEBO application in clinic.
