皮肤原位再生复原技术防治瘢痕的临床应用

摘　　要：在原位再生复原技术(MEBT/MEBO)治疗烧伤的临床实践过程中,由于临床医生操作皮肤原位再生复原技术的水平有差异,导致深度创面的愈合质量(瘢痕形成程度)也有明显的差异,为了弥补愈合效果的差异,特介绍皮肤原位再生复原技术联合防治瘢痕技术和疤痕软膏的使用方法。它的应用范围包括:1.外科术后切口瘢痕的预防与消除;2.各种原因产生的瘢痕皮肤组织的预防和消除。主要方法:使用疤痕软膏+弹力绷带加压包扎治疗;配合超声波导入仪可以促进瘢痕组织对疤痕软膏的吸收和利用。经临床实践证明,该方法是一种操作简便、容易掌握、疗效可靠的瘢痕防治新疗法。下图是临床应用典型病例图片,详细病例资料请观看本期杂志所附光盘。In the clinical practice of the in situ skin regeneralive resloration technique （MEBT/MEBO） in treating hurns, the differences of clinicians in terms of abilities of operating MEBT/MEBO lead to the significant differences in the healing quality （ scarring degree） of the deep wound. To compensate for the differences of healing, the paper is mainly to introduce the joint treatment of MEBT/MEBO and scar prevention and treatment therapy as well as the usage of MEBO Scar Oint- ment The indications include： 1. postoperative scar prevention and elimination; 2. prevention and elimination of scarred skin resulting froln a variety of reasons. The main methods： pressure bandaged treatment using elastic bandage plus MEBO Scar Oiniment ; use ultrasonic instrument to promote the absorption and ulilization of MEBO Scat Ointment by the scar tissue. Clinical practice has proved that the new therapy is simple, easy-to-grasp and efficacy-reliable in scar prevention and treatment.
