摘　　要：目的总结MEBT/MEBO治疗面部软组织缺损的临床经验。方法 37例患者规范应用皮肤原位再生复原医疗技术(MEBT/MEBO)治疗面部软组织缺损,观察创面愈合质量。结果 37例患者创面愈合时间最短12d,最长72d。患者面型及功能恢复正常,愈后皮肤有轻度色素沉着,后期均逐渐恢复,皮肤弹性好,元明显瘢痕。结论 MEBT/MEBO治疗的愈后创面光滑平整,柔韧有弹性,瘢痕少或无明显瘢痕,无继发损伤、增加切口线及新瘢痕、导致组织器官移位;无皮片移植后色素沉着、皮片收缩,影响面容美观;无皮片或皮瓣坏死之虑,是一种有效的方法,填补了临床治疗技术的空白,值得临床广泛推广普及。Objective To summarize the clinical experience of applying MEBT/MEBO in the treatment of facial soft tissue defects. Methods A total of 37 patients with facial soft tissue defects were treated with MEBT/MEBO to observe the wound healing quality. Results The wound healing time of 37 eases ranged from the longest time of72 d to the shortest 12 d. Patients facial appearance and function returned to normal after healing with the skin having a slight pigmentation which was gradually restored and good skin elasticity as well as no obvious scar formation. Conclusion After the MEBT/MEBO treatmere, the healed wounds are smooth, pliable and flexible, having less scar or no scar. no secondary damage increasing the incision line or a new scar resulting in the displacement of tissues and organs, no skin graft pigmentation anti skin fihn shrinkage which impact facial appearance, and no risk of skin graft or skin flap necrosis, thus MEBT/MEBO is an efftctive way of filing up the blank of clinical skills in this field and wnnhy to be popularized in clinic.
