丹参酮Ⅱ_A磺酸钠注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察丹参酮Ⅱ_A磺酸钠注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效与安全性。方法:120例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用丹参酮Ⅱ_A磺酸钠注射液60 mg,ivd qd,疗程14 d。检测两组患者治疗前后心电图、血脂、心肌酶,观察每周心绞痛发作次数、每周硝酸甘油使用量和药品不良反应。结果:治疗组与对照组临床总有效率分别为94.9%和84.5%,心电图疗效分别为79.7%和56.9%,两组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后每周心绞痛发作次数、硝酸甘油用量、血脂、心肌酶等指标的改善情况均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在常规治疗基础上加用丹参酮Ⅱ_A磺酸钠注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛安全、有效。Objective:To observe and analyze the therapeutic effect and safety of sulfotanshinoneⅡ_A sodium sulfonate injection in the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods:120 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into the treatment group and controlled group.The controlled group was given routine treatment, the treatment group was given sulfotanshinoneⅡ_A sodium sulfonate injection with 60 mg once every day and the treatment course covered 14 days based on the routine treatment.Their weekly angina attack frequency,weekly nitroglycerin consumption and adverse drug reaction were recorded and their electrocardiogram,blood lipids and myocardial enzyme were observed before and after the treatment.Results:The clinical total effective rate of the two groups were 94.9%and 84.5%.The electrocardiogram curative effect was respectively 79.7%and 56.9%.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the weekly angina attacks,nitroglycerin dosage,serum lipids and myocardial enzymes were significantly better in the treatment group than those in the controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of sulfotanshinoneⅡ_A sodium sulfonate injection based on the routine treatment was safe and effective in the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.
