摘　　要：目的探讨鳝鱼血对面瘫的疗效,探索中医治疗面瘫的方法。方法 77例面瘫患者分为治疗组40例,用鳝鱼血涂于患侧,针灸;对照组37例,电针与西医治疗方法,均7天一疗程。结果治疗组总有效率100%,总治愈率97.5%;对照组总有效率56.7%,总治愈率40.6%。结论尽早用鳝鱼血涂于患侧并用针灸等中医方法治疗面瘫,方法简单,疗效可靠,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To investigate the efficacy of eel blood treatment of facial paralysis, and explore the methods of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of facial paralysis. Method：77 cases of facial paralysis were divided into treatment group 40 cases, eel blood was applied and ipsilateral acupuncture; the control group （n =37） with electro-acupuncture and Western medicine treatment. Seven days for a course. Result： The total effective rate for treatment group was 100% with total cure rate of 97.5%; as for the control group, the total efficiency of 56.7% with total cure rate of 40.6%. Conclusion： apply eel blood to the ipsilateral as soon as possible combined with acupuncture to treat of facial paralysis, the method is simple, effective and reliable, worthy of clinical application.
