摘　　要：残疾人存在着法律意识淡漠、自我中心、孤独自闭、精神抑郁、意志消沉及自杀倾向等心理问题,学业不良与就业压力大、家庭教育缺失、社会与自身不良因素干扰是其主要影响因素。建立完善的残疾人权益保障的立法及制度,建立个体心理调节机制,建立教育、残联、民政部门联合的外部支持协助系统是残疾人心理康复的有效措施。The disabled tend to have little legal consciousness, self-Centered, suffering from loneliness, mental depression, autism and even suicidal tendencies. Bad studies, employment pressure, lack of family education, adverse effect of society and themselves are the factors accounting for the psychological problems. Establishing a comprehensive system of legislation, individual psychological adjustment mechanism and an external support system coordinated by the education department, the Civil Administration Bureau and the China Disabled Persons Federation are effective measures for psychological rehabilitation of persons with disabilities.
