甘氨双唑钠对复发性鼻咽癌再放疗增敏作用的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:研究甘氨双唑钠(CMNa)对局部复发鼻咽癌再程放疗的增敏作用以及不良反应。方法:78例病理确诊为鼻咽癌首程根治性放疗后局部复发患者随机分为对照组(单纯放疗)、观察组(放疗+甘氨双唑钠),比较两组疗效和不良反应。结果:观察组完全缓解率、1年生存率和1年无瘤生存率均高于对照组,P≤0.05。主要不良反应为黏膜、皮肤反应,两组无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:甘氨双唑钠可增强鼻咽癌局部复发灶放射治疗敏感性,提高复发性鼻咽癌近期疗效,同时不增加放疗的毒副反应。Objective ：To study the radiosensitive effects and toxicity of CMNa in re - radiotherapy for local recur-rent nasopharyngeal carcinoma （NPC）. Methods：All 78 patients with recurrence of nasopharyngeal carcinoma were randomly divided into two groups, control group receiving re - radiotherapy and observation group receiving re - radio-therapy plus CMNa. The effects and toxicity were evaluated after therapy. Results：Complete remission rate, one - year survival rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in control group. There was no significant difference in toxicities between two groups. Conclusion：CMNa can obviously increase the radiosensitiveness of local recurrent NPC without obvious toxicities.
