摘 要:针对军民一体化装备保障在实施过程中存在的风险问题,对军民一体化装备维修保障风险进行评估。建立军民一体化装备维修保障风险评估指标体系,构造基于物元分析理论的军民一体化装备维修保障风险评估模型,运用模糊层次分析法确定评估指标的权重,计算出待评物元对评估等级的关联度和风险评估等级,并应用模型对实例进行验证。实例结果表明,该方法理论严谨,计算简便,评估结果准确。Aiming at the risks existed in the implement progress of civil-military integration equipment support, this paper made risk assessment on the civil-military integration equipment maintenance support. It build an evaluation index system and a risk assessment model based on matter-element analysis theory, which was approached for the evaluation of military civil-military integration equipment maintenance support risk, and also fixed the weighting of evaluation element by adopting fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP), calculated the relevancy degree and the risk rank of matter element under evaluation. In the end, it made a risk assessment practice according to the risk assessment model. And the result proved out that this method is rigorous, easy to calculate, and the result is also precise.
