长吉图开发开放先导区通道建设的物流经济效益分析——以中朝通道为例

摘　　要：2009年国务院批复《中国图们江区域合作开发规划纲要——以长吉图为开发开放先导区》以来,吉林省为构建长吉图国际通道的畅通工程做了大量工作,通过朝鲜东北部和俄罗斯远东各港口,开辟了多条环日本海国际航线,扩大了吉林省对外贸易。结合物流运输理论和具体数据分析,长吉图开辟的中朝出海新通道与通过辽东半岛各港口出海的旧通道相比,具有明显的经济效益,运营前景广阔。今后应加快中朝通道的相关基础设施建设,确保通道顺畅从而取得更大的社会经济效益。Jilin Province has done a lot of work to build the international channel of the Changchun-Jilin-Tumen pilot zone since the State Council approved the ＂Outline of China＇s Tumen River Area Development Plan Considering Changchun-Jilin-Tumen as Pilot Zone＂ in 2009.It has opened up many international routes of Sea of Japan through the ports of the northeastern DPRK and the Far East of Russia and expanded the international trade of Jilin Province.This paper combined the Changchun-Jilin-Tumen pilot zone construction with the new situations of economic development of northeastern DPRK,though analyzing the status of the international channels of the Changchun-Jilin-Tumen pilot zone,making the research focusing on comparing the economic efficiency and cost advantages of new channel and old channel.And then,this paper put forward long-term international logistics channel planning,making its services for the Changchun-Jilin-Tumen pilot zone better.
