普光气田HH-EE级流程放喷试气工艺探讨

摘　　要：普光气田是海相碳酸盐岩储层,具有高温、高压、含硫等特征。普光302-2井地面测试采用EE级三级降压流程与HH级二级降压流程组合放喷工艺,设计选用了目前国内唯一一套HH级地面测试流程作为主放喷流程和国内新式EE级三级节流地面测试流程作为副放喷流程,EE级流程用于放喷排污、排酸,HH级地面流程用于地面放喷求产,在试气过程中应用加拿大进口的QTI3000型焚烧炉点燃高含硫化氢的天然气,进行高规格环保试气,以确保试气安全,这套放喷试气工艺是经过长期的论证采取的新型工艺,取得了很好的社会效益和经济效益。Puguang gas field is marine carbonate reservoir,with characteristics of high temperature and high pressure,containing sulfur.Surface test for Puguang 302-2 well is applied of the combined spraying tech of EE level flow by three grades of down pressure and HH level by two grades,whose design is selected of the only one set of HH ground test process in domestic as the main spraying process and the new type of EE level surface testing flow by three grades to chock as a side discharge,and the EE process for spray discharge,acid,HH surface process for blowout for produce.During gas test process,QTI3000 type of incinerator imported from Canada is burning natural gas containing high H2S to complete environmental gas testing with the high specifications,to ensure that the test of gas is safety.This set of spraying gas test process is the new one after a long argument to achieve a good social and economic benefit.
