摘　　要：奥运会举办历史每每记载着屡屡遭受战争爆发、暴力恐怖和国际抵制等因素挑战甚或干扰的事实,而这类事实迫使重大赛事安全问题已然成了关系奥运会举办国国家安全的重大事务,于是北京奥运会从历届奥运会中吸取经验与教训并结合本国国情,在"科技奥运、绿色奥运、人文奥运"理念昭示下得以成型的"平安奥运"目标体系在安全保卫实践中开花、结果,这既为重大赛事安全保卫工作提供了有益借鉴,也给人类和平与安全留下了宝贵财富。The history of Olympic witnessed the facts of frequent warfare, violent terror and international resistance challenging and interfering the continuity of games, which have made the security of mega sport events a serious state of affairs concerning the security of the host country. Having drawn lessons from the previous events and taken our national condition into consideration, Beijing Olympic takes the shape of ＂peace Olympic＂ starting form the idea of ＂Hi-tech Olympic, Green Olympic and Humanistic Olympic＂. This target system, which has blossomed and bored fruits in its practice, not only brought useful lessons for the security work of protecting mega sport events but also left valuable treasures for human peace and security.
