摘　　要：目的了解河北省成安县消除疟疾试点工作启动初期基础能力状况、疟疾发病情况、蚊媒种类、人群疟疾防治知识知晓率,为消除疟疾提供基线数据。方法于2010年五、六月份按河北省消除疟疾试点基线调查方案开展调查。结果全县各级医疗机构593家无专兼职疟疾防保人员,无专用显微镜检查设备,医务人员诊治能力低;无该地感染病例;媒介调查5户,仅捕获126只淡色库蚊,未见按蚊;居民知晓疟疾流行区、传播途径和预防方法的仅占2.86%、5.71%和6.19%。结论该县今后消除疟疾工作需完善基础能力建设、加强人员培训,提高医务人员诊治和检测能力;加强输入性病例监测;广泛开展知识宣传,提高群众知晓率。[Objective]To understand the initial basic capabilities,malaria incidence,mosquito species,malaria prevention and treatment knowledge level of Cheng＇an County at the beginning of malaria eradication pilot work,and provide baseline data for the elimination of malaria.[Methods]The investigation was based on the ＂Pilot Baseline Survey Program for malaria elimination in Hebei Province＂.[Results] There were no part-time or fulltime malaria control personnel and no special microscope in 593 medical institutions at all levels.No local infections were detected.A total of 126 Culex pipiens pallens were captured in 5 investigated families,without anopheles.The percentage of knowing malaria endemic areas,transmission and prevention methods only occupied 2.86%,5.71% and 6.19%.[Conclusion]Elimination of malaria work needs to be improved on the basis of capacity-building,personnel training,the diagnosis and treatment of medical personnel and detection capabilities in this county in the future.It is necessary to strengthen the monitoring of imported cases,to extensively carry out knowledge propaganda,and increase masses awareness.
