摘　　要：目的了解卷烟厂作业人员的健康状况,找出影响卷烟厂作业人员健康的职业病危害因素,为疾病的防治提供依据。方法收集绵阳市某卷烟厂2010、2011年健康检查数据,采用SPSS 17.0软件对调查人群的健康情况进行χ2检验。结果 2010、2011年主要疾病检出率之比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2011年电测听检出率高于2010年,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同性别主要疾病检出率之比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);接害因素为烟草尘、噪声的车间工人与其他车间工人的主要疾病检出率之比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论卷烟厂作业人员存在较多健康问题,应针对所发现的疾病采取综合防治措施。[Objective]To understand the health condition of the workers in a cigarettes factory,to find out the occupational hazards to the health of these workers,and provide evidence for disease control.[Methods]The data were collected from the health examination at a cigarette factory in 2010 and 2011,then were analyzed by the chi-square test using SPSS 17.0 software.[Results] The abnormality rates of major diseases were significantly different between 2011 and 2010（P0.05）.The abnormality rates of audiometry examination in 2011 was higher than that in 2010（P0.05）.The abnormality rates of major diseases were significantly different between genders（P0.05）.The abnormality rates of major diseases had statistical significance between the workshops with tobacco dust and noise exposure and the other workshops（P0.05）.[Conclusion]The workers of cigarettes factory have more health problems.Integrated measures should be taken to prevent the discovered diseases.
