摘　　要：本文以资本主义的发展作为背景,并从国际关系的角度回溯了国际货币体系的演化历程,并结合其与资本主义两者间的本质关系,分析了其内在演化逻辑,认为国际货币体系始终纠缠于公共产品属性和利益属性的矛盾之中,并与西方资本结合为一体,构建了以西方资本为主导的世界政治格局和经济格局。在此基础上,对现时局势进行了多角度分析,针对国际货币体系的未来构建,给出了带有中国思想特色的方案及原则。This paper reviews the evolution of international monetary system from the viewpoint of interuational relations against the background of capitalism development. It analyses its evolution logic based on the relationship between IMS and CG. The paper considers that international monetary system always gets entangled in the contradiction between public goods and individual interests, and constructs the global political and economic pattern with the western capital occupying a domi- nant position. On this basis, this paper analyzes the realistic situation with multiple perspectives and proposes a scheme and principles on the future construction of the system with traditional Chinese ideology characteristics.
