摘 要:本文详述了天津站交通枢纽地下连续墙施工及中间桩柱施工技术。首先论述了地下连续墙施工过程中垂直度、精度控制的方法和地下连续墙槽壁塌孔,接头止水控制技术。针对钢筋笼难以入槽,接头箱难以起拔及混凝土夹泥等施工难题提出了应对措施。其次介绍了在中间桩柱施工中钢管柱安装定位技术,钢管柱底高程的测设技术,定位器的桩心测设及柱体调整就位控制测量技术。This paper introduces the construction technologies of underground diaphragm wall and intermediate piles in Tianjin Railway Station. Firstly, it presents the methods of verticality and precision control in underground diaphragm wall construction, the control technology like collapsing hole and water sealing, and the countermeasures in order to cope with construction difficulties, such as the reinforcement cage embedding in slot, the connector box pulling, and concrete mudding. Then, it demonstrated techniques of precise installation and positioning, bottom elevation measuring, pile core measurement of locators,cylinder position adjustment for steel pipe columns, and put forward the way to set loeators in pile columns, which is precisely surveying setting-out before installation, position adjusting during installation, checking and verification after installation so as to ensure the pile core position, elevation and verticality. Based on the study of construction techniques of underground diaphragm wall and intermediate piles in Tianjin railway station, this paper successfully solved the problems of the 55 m-depth underground diaphragm wall in soft soil foundation and summed up the fast and accurate installation method for intermediate piles,which will provide a guide for similar projects constructions.
