摘  要:采用熔融共混法制备了高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)/纳米碳酸钙(nano-CaCO3)复合材料,研究了nano-CaCO3表面改性前后对复合材料力学性能的影响,利用扫描电镜(SEM)分析了nano-CaCO3表面改性前后在HDPE基体中的分散性。结果表明:加入量较小时,nano-CaCO3表面改性与否对复合材料的力学性能及其在HDPE基体中的分散性基本没有影响;加入量较大时,表面改性nano-CaCO3使复合材料具有更好的力学性能,并且其在HDPE基体中的分散性也更好。HDPE/nano-CaCO3 composite was prepared by melt blending HDPE with nano-CaCO3.The effect of the nano-CaCO3before and after modification on mechanical property of the HDPE/nano-CaCO3 composite was studied.The dispersion of the nano-CaCO3 before and after modification in HDPE matrix was analyzed by SEM.The results show that: at low loadings,the mechanical properties of the HDPE/nano-CaCO3 composite with the treated or untreated nano-CaCO3 and the dispersion of the treated or untreated nano-CaCO3in HDPE matrix exhibit slight difference;At high loadings,the mechanical properties of the HDPE/nano-CaCO3 composite with the treated nano-CaCO3 become better than that of the HDPE/nano-CaCO3composite with the untreated nano-CaCO3;the dispersion of the treated nano-CaCO3 in HDPE matrix also becomes better than that of the untreated nanoCaCO3in HDPE matrix.
