摘　　要：通过与国外水冷设备的对比,介绍了拥有我国自主知识产权的快装型水冷设备,重点介绍了它的工艺要求、结构特点以及控制系统。By contrasting with foreign cooling equipment, this paper introduced fast mounting type water cooling equipment with independent intellectual property right of our country, and introduced with the empliasis on its technology requirements, the structure characteristics and the control system.
