摘　　要：不动产登记机构统一设置具有重要性。不动产登记机构应该统一设置,但究竟怎样统一设置,应由哪个机构来负责设置,则众说纷纭。我国不动产登记机构统一设置,应吸收各国不动产登记机构设置的立法经验,结合我国国情,在县一级行政级别机构内设立统一的不动产登记局,内设登记科与管理科。只有这样设置,才合理、可行和高效。It is important to set up real estate registration agencies.The registration ought to be unified.But scholars share different views on how to unify and which registration should undertake.When we set up the registration agency,we must absorb foreign advanced legislative experiences and consider the condition of our country.It is a nice opinion that we set up real state registration in the administrative organ of county which has register section and administrative section.Only in this way can it be reasonable,feasible and efficient.
