高校新生党员培养管理调查分析——以东莞理工学院为例

摘　　要：高校新生党员作为理论上的一个先进群体,在现实中其表现并不尽如人意。通过问卷调查分析,发现了较普遍存在的突击入党现象、入党必备材料缺失、缺乏必要的理论知识培训、过程简单、程序欠完善等问题。为了充分发挥高校新生党员的先进性,可以通过加强理论知识的培训、定期举行高校新生党员学习会、培养使用优秀分子、建立一套长效机制等途径加以解决。The university Party members among freshmen should be an advanced group theoretically,but their performance is not satisfactory in reality.A survey has discovered several issues that have been rather widespread among the university Party members who joined the Party in high school,such as joining the Party unplanned in a shortened period of time,the required materials for joining the Party missing,lack of necessary training of theoretical knowledge,procedures over-simplified,and processes under-developed.To fully exert the potential of the university Party members to be an advanced group,there are several approaches,including providing more training on theoretical knowledge,holding study session regularly for university Party members,developing the outstanding performers,and creating a process and mechanism that works in the long run.
