摘 要:研究了Nb(V)-苯基荧光酮-亮绿SF体系的共振光散射现象。实验表明,体系在十二烷基苯磺酸钠(DBS)存在下,以HAc-NaAc(pH 5.20)为缓冲溶液,λex=λem=568nm时共振散射强度最强,且共振散射强度的强弱与Nb(V)的浓度呈良好的线性关系,线性范围0.001~0.025mg/L,r=0.999 1,检出限为2.92×10-6 mg/L。同时对共存组分进行了试验,结果表明用EDTA、盐酸羟氨等掩蔽剂对干扰进行掩蔽可获得满意的结果。方法应用于水系沉积物标准物质中铌的测定,结果与认定值相符,相对标准偏差(n=6)为2.4%~2.9%。The determination of niobium by resonance light scattering method in niobium(V)-phenylfluorone-brilliant green SF system was studied.Experiment results showed that there was a linear relationship between resonance light scattering intensity and the concentration of Nb(V) in sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate solution with HAc-NaAc buffer solution at pH5.20.The highest resonance light scattering intensity was detected at λex=λem=568 nm.Under optimum conditions,the liner range of determining Nb(V) was 0.001-0.025 mg/L,with a detection limit of 2.92×10-6 mg/L.A new convenient method for determining Nb(V) was thus established.Meanwhile,the disturbing components were analyzed.It was found satisfactory to mask the interference by EDTA and hydrochloric acid hydroxyl of ammonia.The method was applied to determine niobium in stream sediments,and the results were consistent with the certified value,with RSD(n=6) of 2.4%-2.9%.
