摘　　要：目的:观察3%双氧水在5mm超声刀头清洗中的效果。方法:回顾性分析2009年1月至2010年8月264例手术中所用超声刀的清洗方法,随机分为对照组和实验组,术后采用两种不同的清洗方法进行比较,观察效果。结果:用3%双氧水清洗过的5mm超声刀头,在质量上大部分得到提高,保证手术安全顺利进行。结论:手术室护士充分了解超声刀性能,熟悉掌握超声刀的使用方法、清洗技巧及保养维护,不但缩短了清洗时间,而且延长超声刀头的寿命,减少医源性交叉感染,减少经济损失,有效地提高护理质量。Objective： To explore the effect of 3% hydrogen peroxide in cleaning 5mm tip of harmonic scalpel.Method： Datas of 264 cases from Jan.2009 to Aug.2010 were reviewed.The cases were divided into test group and control group in random.Effects of two different ways in cleaning tip of harmonic scalpel were compared.Result： The quality of those 5mm tip of harmonic scalpel cleaned with 3% hydrogen peroxide were much better,ensured the safety of operation.Conclusion： Fully understanding the performance of the harmonic scalpel,familiar with the use,cleaning techniques and maintenance of the harmonic scalpel can help nurses shorten the cleaning time,extend the life of harmonic scalpel,reduce iatrogenic cross-infection,avoid economic losses,and effectively improve the quality of care.
