摘 要:目的探讨TGF-β1-C-509T位点多态性对壮族人罹患矽肺的影响。方法采用随机数字表法随机选择壮族接尘工人58名(接尘组),壮族矽肺患者51例(矽肺组),采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)方法检测两组转化因子-β(TGF-β1)-C-509T位点多态性,并收集其是否吸烟的相关数据,对这些数据进行logistic回归分析。结果与矽肺组相比,接尘组TGF-β1-C-509T位点上携带TT基因型者,比携带CC基因者更容易患矽肺。但吸烟者与非吸烟者比较患矽肺无差异(P>0.05)。结论 TGF-β1基因C-509T位点的CC基因型可能系避免壮族人罹患矽肺的保护因素。Objective To explore the influence of transforming growth factor(TGF)-131-C-:5OgT polymorphism on Zhuang population suffered from silicosis. Methods Fifty eight dust exposure workers of Zhuang nationality (dust exposure group) and 51 silicosis cases of Zhuang nationality( silicosis group) were randomly enrolled in the study. The TGF-151-C-509T polymorphism was detected by polymerase chain reaction restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) technique in the two groups. Data about smoking were collected among all the subjects, and logistic regression analysis was performed. Results Compared with silicosis group,the cases of genotype tit at TGF-β1 C-509T locus were more easily suffered from silicosis than those of genotype CC in dust exposure group. But no significant difference was found in the prevalence of silicosis between smokers and non-smokers(P 〉0. 05). Conclusion TGF-β1-C-509T locus of genotype CC may be the protective factor of silicosis in Zhuang population.
