摘　　要：临床上依然需要新型的2型糖尿病治疗药物。胆汁酸受体TGR5是新发现的糖尿病药物靶点,一般认为TGR5激动剂可在降血糖的同时改善肥胖。本文介绍了受体TGR5的概况、与TGR5相关的生理功能,以及作为候选药物的甾体类和非甾体类TGR5激动剂的研究状况。The novel drugs for type 2 diabetes are still needed.Bile acid receptor,TGR5,has been identified as the new potential target for treating type 2 diabetes and its agonists may not only reduce blood glucose but also improve the obesity.The fundamental information of TGR5,physiological functions of TGR5 and research progress in TGR5 agonist including the steroids and non-steroids are discussed in this review.
