摘　　要：蒲公英是一种重要的常用中草药,不仅在临床上有清热解毒、利胆保肝等疗效,而且还是日常生活中人们喜食的绿色蔬菜。目前国内外根据蒲公英的药用价值开发出了一系列的保健品、药品和化妆品。本文以公开发表的文献及专利为依据,对蒲公英产品开发的相关研究进行综述,从而为蒲公英产品的进一步开发利用提供借鉴和参考。Chinese dandelion is an important,commonly used Chinese herbal medicine belonging to Taraxacum spp.,Asteraceae.It not only has detoxification,hepatoprotective and choleretic effect,but also is a popular wild green vegetable.Based on the medicinal value of dandelion,its series of health care products,pharmaceuticals and cosmetics have been developed at home and abroad.As references for further development and utilization of dandelion products,we summarize pertinent reports and patents,including our series research results and dandelion-related product research and development with discussion on progress.
