摘　　要：国外许多国家的图书馆法律体系建设已经基本成熟,对我国图书馆立法有着积极的借鉴作用。本文从国外图书馆法发展历程,国外图书馆法特点及其对我国图书馆立法的启示,以及我国图书馆立法的思考等几个方面展开论述,希冀对我国图书馆立法提供有益的参考。Library legal system construction have well developed in many foreign countries, it has an useful reference on library legislation in our country. The paper talks about the history, the features of the foreign library legislations and its inspiration to China, which be hoped to provide beneficial reference to the legislation work in China.
