中药保留灌肠配合微波治疗湿热瘀阻型慢性盆腔炎30例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药保留灌肠配合微波治疗湿热瘀阻型慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法将60例湿热瘀阻型慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为2组,治疗组30例采用中药保留灌肠配合微波治疗,对照组30例采用左氧氟沙星注射液静脉滴注治疗。疗程结束后观察2组临床疗效,比较中医证候评分、体征评分变化,治疗前后血液流变学指标变化。结果治疗组总有效率93.33%,对照组总有效率86.67%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组临床疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后中医证候评分、体征评分、血液流变学指标均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低明显(P<0.05)。结论中药保留灌肠配合微波治疗湿热瘀阻型慢性盆腔炎疗效显著。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of retention - enema of traditional Chinese medicine combined with the microwave on chronic pelvic inflammatory with dampness and hotness obstruction. Methods 60 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory with dampness and hotness obstruction were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group （ n = 30） received retention - enema of traditional Chinese medicine combined with the microwave. 30 patients in control group were treated by levofloxacin intravenous injection. Clinical efficacy, traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score, sign score and change of hemorheological indexes before and after treatment were observed. Results The total effective rate in treatment group （93.33%） was superior to that in control group （ 86.67% ,P 〈 0.05 ）. Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score, sign score and hemorheological indexes after treatment were de- creased as compared with those before treatment in two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）, and those of treatment group were signifi- cantly decreased （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Retention - enema of traditional Chinese medicine combined with the microwave has obvious effect on chronic pelvic inflammatory with dampness and hotness obstruction.
