中西医结合治疗子宫内膜异位症合并不孕36例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合治疗子宫内膜异位症合并不孕的临床疗效。方法将72例子宫内膜异位症合并不孕患者随机分为2组。治疗组36例予中西医结合治疗,米非司酮胶囊(Ⅱ)加补肾活血中药口服;对照组36例予单纯米非司酮胶囊(Ⅱ)治疗。2组均治疗6个月,随访1年。观察2组疗效,并随访复发、妊娠情况。结果治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为77.8%和61.1%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。随访1年后,治疗组与对照组复发率分别为11.1%和30.6%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组与对照组妊娠率分别为77.8%和44.4%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗子宫内膜异位症合并不孕,能够减轻症状,改善患者的生存质量,减少复发,提高妊娠率,且副作用小,无明显不良反应。Objective To observe the effect of combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treatment of endometriosis with infertility. Methods 72cases of endometriosis with infertility were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was given mifepristone capsule and oral traditional Chinese medicine therapy. The control group only received mifepristone capsule （II） treatment. The therapeutic course was 6 months, followed up for 1 year. The effect,follow -up recurrence and pregnancy situation were observed in two groups. Results Af- ter treatment for 6 months,the total efficiency of the two groups was 77.8% （treatment group） and 61.1% （control group）, respectively, the difference was not statistically significant （ P 〉 0.05 ） ; after 1 years of follow up, recurrence rates were 11.1% （treatment group） and 30.6% （control group）, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05） ; the pregnancy rate of control group was 41.7% ,pregnancy rate in treatment group was 66.7% ,there was a significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine therapy can reduce symptoms, improve the life quality of the patients, reduce recurrence, and improve the pregnancy rate, and small side effect,no obvious adverse reaction.
