摘　　要：目的分析屈光矫正手术非常普及情况下，“裸眼视力”这个名词的适用性。方法介绍眼科健康检查时对裸眼视力判定的困惑。引用辞海对“裸”解释和裸眼视力的英语表达进行分析，解释裸眼视力这个名词的内涵。结果对准分子激光角膜屈光矫正术后，没有戴框架眼镜或隐形眼镜进行矫正的视觉辨别能力仍称为裸眼视力是不妥的。结论建议淡出或不用裸眼视力这个名词。Objective To study the practicability of naked vision due to very popular excimer laser keratomileusises. Methods It is introduced that puzzle of assessment of naked vision in the ophthalmological health examination. To analyze the meanings of bare with collection of words and it is expressed that the naked vision with english. It is elucidated that connotation of naked vision. Results It is inappropriate that visual discriminations without corrected with eyeglasses or contact lenses are intituled naked vision, after extimer laser keratomileusises. Conclusion The term of naked vision should be forsaked in the clinic.
