高校图书馆员倦怠现象分析与职业价值提升

摘　　要：在高校图书馆普遍存在馆员倦怠现象,其成因主要源于馆员职业价值问题,具体表现为:公众职业声望偏低、自身职业性质容易产生身心疲惫、个人职业追求日渐淡化。馆员倦怠现象必须消除,应培养良好的职业精神、树立馆员的形象、提供优质的服务体现馆员的职业价值、建立健全的制度保障馆员的职业价值,以此提升馆员职业价值。In colleges＇ libraries, the librarians＇ burnout is very common, mainly because of the problem of librarians＇ occupation value, which manifests itself in the following： the low occupation repute; the occupation nature which easily leads to burnout; the gradual desalination of one＇s personal occupation pursuit. To get rid of their burnout, librarians are supposed to cultivate a good oc- cupation spirit which helps to establish an image of librarian, to provide high - quality service which can realize the occupation value of librarians, and to build a sound system which can guarantee the librarians＇ occupation value, so as to promote librarians＇ occupa-tion value.
