摘 要:采用原位生长法制备了以FeCrAl合金丝网为载体的ZSM-5分子筛膜催化剂,用XRD和SEM表征了催化剂的结构与形貌。以正辛烷气相裂解为探针反应,对分子筛膜的催化活性进行了表征。结果表明,在其余反应条件相同的情况下,采用一步法合成的ZSM-5(C)膜或二步法合成的ZSM-5(M)膜为催化剂,正辛烷的裂解转化率均高于以空白载体为催化剂的,且ZSM-5(C)膜比ZSM-5(M)膜具有更高的催化活性。400℃时,ZSM-5(C)膜和空白载体催化正辛烷裂解的转化率分别为24.2%和2.0%。具有裂解催化活性的ZSM-5分子筛膜在吸热燃料方面有良好的应用前景。ZSM-5 film catalysts with ZSM-5 crystals on FeCrAl grids were prepared by in-situ growth method,and characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM) techniques.The catalytic performance of these films was evaluated by using n-octane cracking as a model reaction.The results showed that the conversion rates of n-octane over ZSM-5(C) film prepared by one-step method and over ZSM-5(M) film prepared by two-step method were higher than that over the bare FeCrAl grid.ZSM-5(C) film showed higher catalytic activity than ZSM-5(M) film.The conversion rates of n-octane at 400℃ were 24.2% over ZSM-5(C) film and only 2.0% over the bare FeCrAl grid.ZSM-5 catalytic films prepared herein showed good application in the field of endothermic fuels.
