摘　　要：从引言部分、正文部分以及附录中的主要修改内容详细介绍了美国石油学会APISPEC 5CT《套管和油管规范》的最新进展,以及该标准新版与前版之间的主要技术内容变化,供套管和油管相关生产厂、油田用户、监督检验人员等在生产、检验过程中更好地使用标准作参考。建议有关各方应加强API和ISO标准信息的跟踪和研究,及时掌握核心标准的变化,使国内生产企业和用户能及时应对。The latest progress of API SPEC 5CT Specification for Casing and Tubing, as well as the major technical changes of the latest edition and the previous edition of this standard were introduced from foreword, text and the main revised contents in appendix. This standard will provide reference for the personnel that work in relative manufacturing plant, oilfield customers, the supervision ＆ inspection staff and others to use this standard well during production and inspection. It suggests related parties strengthen the tracking and research on API, ISO standard information, promptly grasp the changes of core standards and enable China domestic manufacturers and users to respond in time.
