摘　　要：选择性地对10例2～4周无桡神经损伤的儿童陈旧性孟氏骨折采用闭合复位钢针内固定治疗,经术后1年以上的随访观察无1例骨折畸形愈合或不愈合。病程在2～4周内者最为适宜。10 children with old Montaggia's fracture but no injury of the radial nerve were treated by closed reduction and internal fixation with Kirschner's pins 2—4 weeks after the injury.The patients were followed up for more than one year and the clinical results were satisfactory.
