摘　　要：钼丝膨胀系数与硬料玻璃十分接近,而且具有良好的金属加工性能,被广泛地用于卤钨灯硬料玻璃封接。然而国内目前用于这方面的钼丝大多处于粗放生产阶段,高端市场基本被国外产品垄断。经过长期潜心研究,开发出掺钇钼丝和热处理、电解抛光镀膜一体化等一系列技术措施,使生产出的钼丝综合性能达到了国际先进水平。Molybdenum wire has the expansion coefficient very close to hard glass and the good metal processing performance.So it is widely used in halogen tungsten lamp＇s hard glass sealing.However,the production of domestic molybdenum wire is mostly in the extensive stage at present.The high-end market is monopolized by foreign products.The comprehensive performance of Ningyu＇s molybdenum wire has reached the international advanced level after a long-term research and test.
