摘　　要：二氧化碳是主要的温室气体,是气候变化的直接原因。随着社会经济的发展,资源开发利用越来越多,碳排放量也越来越大,如何平衡好经济发展与低碳利用之间关系,二氧化碳减排面临巨大压力。选择"低碳经济"发展道路对我国的国际地位及本身经济健康、持续的发展都至关重要、意义远大。本文通过分析我国二氧化碳排放现状,探讨实现我国资源——环境——经济——社会子系统的可持续发展的必要性及紧迫性,提出我国二氧化碳减排可能的路径,有助于促进社会经济与生态环境保护的协调发展。Carbon dioxide is the major greenhouse emission gas and a direct cause of climate change.With the development of social economy,resources have been more and more explored and exploited.As a result of this,amount of carbon emission becomes larger and larger.How to balance the relationship between economic development and low-carbon utilization attaches more pressure to carbon dioxide emission reduction.The selection of＂low-carbon economy＂is of vital importance to our international status and sustainable and healthy development of our economy.The possible path of carbon dioxide emission reduction is proposed in our country so as to promote the harmonious development of our social economy and ecological environment protection by means of analyzing the current situation of carbon dioxide emission in China and researches on the necessity and imperativeness of the sub-social system sustainable development,from resource to environment to economy to society.
