摘　　要：目的评价湿性泡沫敷料治疗Nd：YAG激光术后创面的疗效。方法选择40例面部太田痣行Nd：YAG激光术后患者，采用随机数字表法，将其随机分为观察组（20例）及对照组（20例），观察组创面使用泡沫敷料，对照组采用传统干性愈合方法，比较两组创面的愈合效果。结果观察组创面的平均愈合时间为（4．8±1．2）d，明显优于对照组（9．6±1．4）d，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（t=11．8，P〈0．01）。观察组创面愈合后红斑持续时间（7．2±1．8）d，明显少于对照组（15．3±1．3）d，两组比较，差异具有统计学意义（t=16．8，P〈0．001）。观察组患者满意度得分（8．3±1．1）高于对照组（5．6±0．8），两组比较，差异具有统计学意义（x2=8．6，P〈0．01）。两组患者在瘢痕和色素沉着发生率方面比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论泡沫敷料在处理Nd：YAG激光术后创面上优于传统方法，具有加速创面愈合、减少红斑持续时间的优点。Objective To study the therapeutic effect of foam dressing on Nd：YAG laser postoperative wound. Methods 40 patients with nevi of Ota on face and neck involved in this study were randomly assigned to observational and control group, 20 patients in each group, respectively. 20 patients in obserational group were treated with foam dressing while the other 20 patients in control group were treated with traditional dry method. The healing effect after Nd： YAG laser treatment was compared. Results Foam dressing group had a shorter healing time （4.8 ± 1.2） d than traditional method group （9.6 ± 1.4 ） d, there was statistical difference （t = 11.8, P 〈 0.01 ）. Patients in observation group were more satisfied with foam dressing [ （ 8.3 ± 1.1 ） vs （5.6 ± 0.8） ], there was statistical difference （ X2 = 8.6, P 〈 0.01 ）. There were no significance differences in scar and pigmentation rate （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conchmions Foam dressing are superior to traditional method on the treatment of Nd：YAG Laser postoperative wound.
