摘　　要：泡沫钻井液能降低压持效应、提高机械钻速,适用于低压、易漏失地层的钻井、完井、修井等工艺,但出井钻井液存在消泡问题。利用温度和负压联合作用消泡机理,研制了热辐射物理消泡装置,能够提高消泡效率,降低能耗,实现基液循环利用。重点介绍了该装置的结构、自动控制技术,以及热辐射管的选择和安装。Foam drilling can reduce the pressure-cutting-holding effect,enhance the mechanic drill- ing rate, thus is suitable for well drilling, completion and workover for low pressure,lost-circula-tion formation. However,problem is the difficulty to defoam the drilling fluid out of the well. Uti-lizing the defoaming mechanism of combined use of temperature and negative pressure,we had de-signed and built a physical defoam apparatus. The apparatus can increase the defoam efficiency, re-duce the energy cost, and recycle the base fluid. The structure of the apparatus, the heat radiation pipe selection and installation and control automatics technology are introduced in the article.
