转型期我国竞技篮球后备人才培养模式及优化策略

摘　　要：随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的建立与完善及竞技篮球职业化改革的开启,我国竞技篮球的发展方式也发生了改变,人才培养呈现出多渠道、多元化的态势。现阶段各种培养模式尚未能够进行有效衔接与整合,从而造成我国竞技篮球人才培养整体效益低下。因此,应发挥竞赛的杠杆作用,促进篮球运动区域均衡发展;动员更多青少年参与篮球运动,着力培养教练员;疏通输送阻滞,加强人才流动,建立人才库工程及人才培养专项基金,以有效培养后备人才。The training modes of China＇ s competitive basketball at transition period showed that with the establish- ment and perfection of socialist market economic system in China and the reform of professionalization of China＇ s competitive basketball, great changes have taken place. The athlete training methods are more various. However, due to different subjects of investment as well as different ways of training, the training modes are not efficient. Therefore, the government functional departments should take the essential measures to integrate resources and pro- mote efficiency. Meanwhile, they should focus more on coach training and talent nurturing.
